Just a heads up: your ticket is not refundable except where required/entitled by law, or if your event is cancelled. We do not refund for change of mind, or incorrect selection.
The listing for the event you are attending will state whether eTix, postal tickets, or a door-list is being used. If the promoter is using eTix, these will be sent to your email address either one business day after purchase, or one day after sales for your event come to a close, depending on the event. Postal tickets will be sent next business day. For door-lists, you may be required to show photo ID.
If anything goes wrong at the event, you have 24 hours to advise us if you intend to seek a full or partial refund. After this time, you will need to contact the event organiser as we may not have legal recourse to recover the funds on your behalf beyond that timeframe.
